Turnaround Times, Terms & Conditions

NOTE: Any time shown in the Shipping section are ship times, not production times. If you’ve sent full payment and provided usable artwork, production of all the stickers in your order should be completed within the below stated turnaround times. Your order will ship when all the stickers in your orders are ready. If you have a deadline, you must contact us to make BULK order rush arrangements in order to secure a guaranteed delivery date. Guaranteed deadlines are not possible with small quantity orders. Having the cheapest prices on great quality stickers, our services are in great demand. We get every order out as quickly as possible, but unfortunately we’re not always able to meet everyone’s needs.

CURRENT TURNAROUND TIMES:
B&W stickers: approximately 15 - 25 working days
R&B stickers: approximately 15 - 25 working days
MONTHLY & LIMITED special stickers: approximately 20 - 30 working days
BULK stickers: approximately 10 - 20 working days
FULL COLOR stickers: approximately 15 - 20 working days
PAPER LABELS: approximately 4 - 10 working days

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
We have a flexible cancellation policy. Basically, if you’d like to cancel your order before we’ve begun production or incurred expenses (such as credit card fees), we’ll give you a full refund. Otherwise, we’ll charge cancellation fees to recoup those expenses. Once you’ve received your “scheduled to print” email, it’s probably too late to cancel.

All customers will receive various emails regarding their order, and will also be subscribed to our e-mail list. Our marketing emails end with an easy opt-out link, please use that to unsubscribe if you’d prefer not to receive them.
